Whats Next?


Online Payments

Once we have confirmed your payment has been successful, we will allocate your order and begin the delivery process. Orders usually leave us by the end of the following working day on a next day courier unless on an expediated service. If for any reason this is not possible, we will contact you to let you know. Once your order has been booked into one of our courier systems, we will provide you with an email confirming this with tracking information. Your statement will show the payment being made to TIK Products Ltd.

Bank Transfers

If you have opted to make payment via bank transfer, your order will not be released until we can confirm payment has been received. BACS payments can be made using the following details:

Once we have received payment, we will confirm this with an email to let you know your order is being processed.


Payment by Telephone

If you have chosen to make your payment by telephone, please call us during our office opening hours to make payment. You can call us on 0800 009 6949 during our working hours:
Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 16.15
Friday: 08.00 - 13.45.
As soon as we have received your payment, your order will begin processing.


Orders Being Collected

We usually require 24 hours notice to ensure your order is ready for collection but if you require your order sooner, please call us on 0800 009 6949 and we will confirm if the order is all in stock for immediate collection.
